Worksets are Snards way of helping you cut down on the amount of time you pull up Snard. Worksets can be used to open multiple documents/applications via a single menu item. Let's say you have a bunch of applications you open at the same time every day. With Snard, you simply create a workset and add your applications. Then when you are ready to open them - just select your workset from the Snard menu. When you do that all the items in the workset are opened.
