What is it ?

The Preferences applet allows for fast access to the Mac OS X Preference panes from your Dock-It docks

How do I add the Preferences Applet to my docks ?

To begin using the Preferences applet do the following :

Step 1: Click the Dock-It tile

Step 2: Select Edit Docks... from the menu that appears

Step 3: The Dock-It dock editor window will then appear. In that window, click the gear that says "Click here to add"

Step 4: Select Preferences Applet from the menu that appears

You can now access all your system preferences from the dock.

Using the Preferences Applet

After performing the above steps you will have a new icon in your dock

Simply click the tile and a menu will appear containing all your System Preferences
